ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Tina Mertel has spent her 20+ year career helping individuals improve performance, develop plans and take action, motivate others, develop critical thinking skills, problem solve, accept different perspectives, influence the organization and vision, become at ease presenting in front of others, build relationships, and prevent conflict.

 

Client roles include individual contributors, managers, directors, VPs, and CEOs from many industries including banking, hospitality, government, non-profits, fashion, technology, manufacturing, entertainment, NGOs, and hospitals, among others.
